Migration from CM 6.0 TO CM 7.1.5. 3&3 promotion and free DLUs?

Hello.

Please, Can you clarify me the following?

1.- Promotion 3&3 include migration from CM 6.1 to 7.1.5?

2.- If yes, as I think. How can I order to CISCO the UCL for Enhance Users based on free DLUs not used? Which is the balance, 4 DLUs = 1 Enh User UCL?

Yes you can use the 3&3 promotion to migrate from 6.1 to 7.1(5).

You will need to count the number of the users in your system today.  This will be needed to properly order UCSS and UCLs for migration.

7.1 is still DLU enforced, so DLUs will carry forward from 6.1.  You will also recive DLUs so that you can enable mobility.

Example:

• If you have 1000 7965 phones at 4 DLUs per phone, you have 4000 DLUs in 6.1. 
• You order 1000 Migration users and 1000 UCSS Users to allow you to migrate.  You also select the number of servers in your cluster.
• You receive a PAK for servers and 2000 additional DLUs to allow you to enable Mobility
• During the migration from 6.1 to 7.1, the 4000 DLUs will move forward.
• After you add the 2000 DLUs to this and you have 6000 DLUs that you can enable your 1000 7965 phones witih mobility.
