migration from Meetingplace Express to Meetingplace 8.5

Hi

We have a customer who needs to upgrade his meetingplace express 2.0 to meetingplace 8.5, and he doesn't has UCSS valid contract. We propose to consider it as a freshh installation. we need to know what P/N required for 10 users?

Also we need to know the diference between this two P/N "MP8X-AV-SVR-K9" and "MP8X-WB-MCS-K9"?

The SKU is R-WBXMTSVR1-K9. The ones you have are for MP 8.5. In addition remember for customers who have MP/MPE and don't have UCSS, Cisco will release a program for migration so you may want to wait for that pricing since it should be lesser than a new install

No the AV is the audio video server and the other one is only needed if you want web scheduling running on a MCS server, if you use Outlook scheduling you don’t need the second part

Hopefully you are looking at CWMS instead of MP 8.5

Yes you can the web server is only needed for web scheduling storing recordings on premise etc

We are in the process of migrating from MPE 2.1.1.2 to MP8.0.  We chose to do Webex scheduling because we have a lot of users that use the Web interface.  There is also a Webex plugin for Outlook, too.
