Missing CDR entries - Calls from E1 to SIP passtrough

Good day guys,

Can anyone give me a hint or point in right direction?

I need to get CDR for interconnected Lync server, but there is no records to show :(

 

Telephony system consists from CUCM 8.6 cluster and Lync servers. CUCM cluster is connected to telco via E1 lines, and with Lync via SIP trunks. Lync itself doesn't have direct access to PSTN, but it does use telco allocated number range (lets say 530XXXX, which are routed by CUCM. All outside call routing is done via CUCM cluster.

 

Call from for PSTN-Lync flows like this:

 

PSTN external caller calls 530XXXX number, which is routed by telco-> E1 gateway on CUCM cluster -> CUCM routes call without any transformations, both caller and called numbers in E164 format, via SIP trunk between CUCM and Lync. Calls done from CUCM phones to Lync phones, or Lync calls to CUCM phones are logged properly.
