Folks,
We have unity 4.x running ,we are running exchange 2000. This is the first time we are trying to backup exchange server built in the unity server (standalone voice mail box) using HP backu solution.
Our problem is that we can backup the server, but when we try to backup exchange the backup software see exchange installed in unity server as 5.5 and not 2000. We are running in mixed mode.
what should i do? can i change the mixed mode to some other mode so that the backup software sees it as exchange 2000 box?
