Hi,
I don't know if it's a bug, an issue, but Mobile Connect Status is not updated on iPhone Cisco Mobile Application when changed from deskphone button.
If Mobile Connect is enabled/disabled from iPhone, the status is changed on desphone. If Mobile Connect is enabled/disabled from Deskphone, the status is not changed on CUMC?

Hi,
I opened a case and TAC just say me it's a known issue. There is not BUGID, no workaround. They closed the case without more info.
So no workaround. You can say your customer to always use iPhone to change Mobile Connect status.

I'll inform my customer that this behavior is because of a bug.
