Mobile Phone Notification stopped authenticating

A user gets notified of voice mails via the Mobile Phone Notification Device and logs in to their voice mail from their cell phone directly through the notification call.  But, now the user still gets notified and prompted for a username and password, but doesn't get authenticated.  The same user can log into their voice mails from the IP phone, and dialing in from their cell phone remotely.  They say this was working before but stopped working, supposedly, when a DN was removed from their IP phone.

What credentials are they getting prompted for, if not the same as when they log in from their IP phone?

Hi Anthony,

I would focus on the number that was removed from this users

phone. Perhaps someone took over that number and corresponding

mailbox (new PIN etc>) but left a Mobile Notification to the user in question.

If you leave a message for this user's primary number/mailbox does the

notification authentication work properly?

Cheers!

Rob
