We have set up about 25 mobility users on CUCM 7.1.3. All working fine then one stopped working and we can not get it to ring the BB. Is there a limit in CUCM of how many remote destinations you can have by default in CUCM?
Is the Enable Mobile Connect box chekced on the RD?
What trunk type are you using? If PRI can you post "debug isdn q931" or "debug ccsip messages" if SIP?
