Monitor SIP Trunk status in RTMT and send email alert

Hi,

Is there a way to set up SIP trunk monitoring in RTMT and send an email alert for a status change of the SIP trunk ?

Hi,

You can monitor the status of SIP Trunk in CUCM and RTMT but it is not possible to setup email notification. You need either Cisco PCAA or third party monitoring software.

We have Cisco PCA with 150000 licence . Version 11.6. Unfortunately it is not detecting all the devices in our HCS cluster :(

I believe you can only monitor calls on SIP trunk using RTMT using Performance table. We have enabled VNQM on Solarwinds to monitor the trunk-it works great. Real Time stats and UP/Down monitoring.

Thanks for your Reply. Unfortunately we have a broken PCA we are trying to fix. Hopefully Cisco TAC can fix it this time. They couldn't fix it earlier and we ended up turning it off as it was consuming resources.
