OPERATING SYSTEM: VMware 6.5
Hardware: HP DL360 G8
VM1: RH6 Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) CUCM 11.5
VM2: RH6 Cisco Unity Connection CUC 11.5
FIREWALL: Juniper SRX650-BASE-SRE6-645AP
I have installed and configured the above VMs using OVA templates.
I am looking to move 2 CUC/M VMs into separate VLAN.
Create PHONE VLAN, port group, vSwitch and move VMs into that VLAN.
Change IP addresses on RH linux VMs.
Apply quad NICs to vSwitch for ether-channel capability and redundancy.
However most important question is how to change IP on RH6 CUC/M VMs for example from 192.168.1.x to 10.1.100.x ?

Each Cisco application has a published on how to re-host/re-IP the application, here is an example of CUCM 11.5 re-hosting:

So basically according to article I need to do the following:
admin:set network ip eth0 10.53.57.101 255.255.255.224 10.53.56.1
So lets say this part is done what then do I need to do to CUCM?
Reboot and that enough?

No, if you're only changing the IP the NIC will reset momentarily to update the info and that would be it. Then adjust your DNS/DHCP and any other places where you were pointing to the old IP to use the new one.

I am moving RH6 CUCM VM into new PHONE VLAN and only changing IP/gateway.
DHCP will be running on firewall. Policy and ports will be adjusted on firewall too.
So once that is done no other changes needed on CUCM?
Also what happens to SIP trunk to VOIP provider which is already in place?

so do i need to do something specifically in CUCM after changing VM IP only?

What do you mean by "VM IP", you change the IP address of CUCM application virtual machine per the document I linked and then if this is different network (VLAN) ensure that the vSwitch used by the VM can talk to that network, i.e. if the vNIC is connected as access port to switch change the VLAN on the switch, or if it's trunked assign proper vlan on the vSwitch.
