MP8 License disappears

Hi Guys,

We recently installed Meetingplace-8 in a new HW and we bought 20 new and 200 upgrade licenses as we already had 200 lic in Meeting Place Express 1.2?.

We installed the license file and all were successful and license summery showed 220 installed and 220 enabled.

After a couple of days we were unable to create more than 6 meetings. When we checked the license summery page, it showed 0 installed and 6 enabled.

We found restarting the MP8 server brings all the 220 license back again, however this seems to be happening again and again. This has happened 3 time in the last past 1 month.

I've raised this to Cisco TAC and they are investigating it. An upgrade to 8.0(1)_SR1 was recommended by TAC and even this upgrade did not help.

I would appreciate any of you have ever experienced the similar issue and fixed it
