Symptom:

If someone joins a conf and leaves right away due to no one being in the room the meeting ends.

Or

If the conf is joined too late the meeting has already ended.

I'm not sure where these settings are and cannot find them in administration. Is anyone familiar with the location of them?

MeetingPlace Express has a hardcoded setting called the "disconnect empty port" timer that

is non-configurable. This timer is set to 30 mins. This means that if nobody is in a

meeting for 30 mins, the system will end, even if the meeting was scheduled to end at a

later time.

However, please note that several similar timers are configurable as well. All of these timers can be found under "Meeting Configuration" within the Administration center.
