My DBAadmin is asking if the SQL on the Unity servers can be patched with SQL SP4.
Has the patch been approved and I didn't find the recommendation, or is it not?
Version is Unity 4.0.5

SQL SP4 is recommended for Unity. Take a look at the following link for confirmation.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
Thanks,
Brandon

Hi -
Just a caveat, SQL service packs are typically not removable, once installed. I will apply to a test Unity server if you have one. At least break your mirror set and use DiRT backup to be safe.

Ginger

I've taken the this advice, coupled with the previous replay.
Thanks for the help. I did miss the note in the documentation.
