Mulitple Hosted Clients on Single CUCM

I am developing an environment and one of the developments that we would like would be to deploy a single CUCM instance for multiple customers. Each customer might only have 5-10 appliances deployed and therefore if we were to deploy a single CUCM instance per customer it would become expensive.

Is it possible to host multiple clients on a single CUCM?

I am in the initial planning stage of HCS but to answer your question - Yes you can do that using the shared instance, you can have multiple tenants on a shared cluster. Its possible by leveraging different partitions etc. To be sure by Single CUCM you mean single CUCM cluster and not just one server (as that will be a disastrous approach).

Please see below reference in SRND for HCS:

Shared Instance

In the HCS small-to-medium business environment, the Shared Instance model of applications is supported, where multiple small customers can be served by one Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster. This approach reduces the hardware and operational costs for smaller customer sizes.

Hope that answers your query.
