I'm working with a client and we just added a line specifically for AC to their reception phone. Previously the receptionist had a single extension for both direct calls and AC calls. Anyway after the second line was added to her phone active calls satarted being listed twice in her console. Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to force it to show only one listing for each call?

Which extension is the attendant logging into?
Is the call arriving the CTI RP or directly to the phone extension?

The attendant is logging into the first extension on her phone, which is dedicated to the AC calls. The second line is her personal extension.
It's Broadcast queue so calls are not forced to the extensions. They must be retrived from the queue.
