MWI Light flashing after SRST test

I'm reposting this from the other forum, I thought it was more fitting here.

I just completed an SRST test for a remote site.  The phones registered to the local gateway and when the test was complete and connectivity restored they registered back to CUCM without a problem with the exception that the MWI light on all phones are flashing.  Not a solid "on" state as if there were a message but flashing on and off.

Also, I tried having them dial the MWI extensions with not change.

Any ideas?  This is CUCM 8.6.2.

Which model phone are you using?  Could be something with the firmware on the phones.    We could search the bug report to see if anything is going on.
