Currently have a dial plan to call between offices within a specific country. Now, I need to expand the RP to calling beyond offices to external numbers for both in/outbound.
DID are availbale....
Circuits in place
Gateway already configured
Call manager version 6.1.4.....
Can someone assist?....

That's a pretty open question...
If you've already configured the GW and you're going to use DIDs the only thing you might need to set is the significant digits and inbound CSS.
That's it, then just configure the phones. That's for inbound.
For outbound just configure the GW, configure a route group, then a route list and finally a route pattern.
Obviously CSS and partitions need to be configured accordingly to your needs.
If you have no experience designing a dial plan I strongly suggest you to read this.
If you don't know how to design a dial plan if will only cause you headaches in the future.
