need to find important functions AD users on unity connection?

customer has many unity connection users on ad and he want to know which he can delete safely without affecting unity connection functionality , what i can think of is the user used for sending voice messages to microsoft exchange under "unified messaging services" , is there other important users in unity connection beside that?

If you delete an AD user then the Unity Connection user does not get deleted, but simply converted to local user, so deleting the users in AD will not affect much.  If the user has UM defined with email destination then that will simply stop working as the email is no longer valid.
