Need to see a VoIP/Call Manager network for training and business

I’m looking to see a Cisco VoIP/Call Manager network in production as this would greatly help with my study of VoIP/Call Manager. This would also help with our company's move to this product. I would greatly appreciate any help and I'm in Lower NY so the surrounding tri-state area would work. Thanks again.

Did you contact your local Cisco office? They can arrange a site visit to any of the clients in that area to see Cisco UC in action.

Thanks

Thank you for the reply. I looked on Cisco's website but maybe I missed it but I could not find this resource. I know there used to be a Cisco field office about 20 minutes from my office but I don't have their information if they are still there. Where could I find this contact information? Thanks again. Jeff

Jeff

I am not from that area but here is one of the main offices in that area

Cisco New York City Office

One Penn Plaza

34th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues

9th floor, room Yankee A

New York, NY 10119

Lobby ambassador 212 714-4000

Maybe you can call them and they can put you in touch with the right sales team/office for you

Thanks

Srini

Again, thank you and I will contact them tomorrow.

Hi Jeff,

My Name is Janet Vartinen and I am a UC/Collaboration specialist at Cisco in the NYC office.  I would be happy to help you with your request.  Please call me at 212-714-4381 so that I can better understand what you are looking for.

Regards,

Janet

Janet, thank you for the reply and I left you a VM and I really look forward to speaking with you and thanks again for the support.

Janet, after a couple calls it is unfortunate that I've not heard from anyone at Cisco.

Having worked with Cisco for over 12 years this does not surprise me when requesting pre-sales support as Cisco gives the impression that unless it's a guaranteed sale there's no effort otherwise.

Jeff,

My sincerest apologies that it has taken so long to fulfill your request.  As I stated to you on the phone today I have reached out to the necessary parties again today and will follow up directly with you later today on the status.
