NM-CUE

We installed cisco 2851 router and configured ip phones . Also we installed NM-CUE for voice mail.

Everything is working fine without any issues. But unfortunately i forgot the CUE password . So how to recover my password?

Also we requirement need to change the default auto attend . We need to arrange as per our requirement

. So please help me for above mentioned issues.

Custom AutoAttendant Script:

You can use Editor Express in GUI for a basic script template.

Further to customize the script, use Cisco CUCE Editor application. Download it from CCO and downloaded version should match with CUE's installed software version.
