No call data for Route Pattern in Prime Collaboration Assurance

Hi,

We are testing Prime Collaboration Assurance but I cannot see any call data for Route Parterns. We are using both sip trunks and E1s.

Is this related to the configuration of CDR trunk utilization (System Setup > Assurance Setup > CDR Trunk Utilization settings)

I tried exporting the config but I cannot extracted from Prime.

Do you have any suggestions on solving the this two problems?

yes this requires that you set the max  capacity for the trunks in the  setting you mention above

SO if you have 1 T1 on the gateway then the max capacity would be 23. 

For MGCP we set it automatically but for the H323 and SIP you need to go to the UI and enter the

approrpriate values

Also make sure the call recors are showing in teh reports .

Go to Reports-> Interactive Reports - >Voice Call Quality reports -> CDR and make sure

the call data shows in the reports.

Before that You need to set the assurance server as a billing server in the CUCM publisher for the call records to be pushed

to the assurance server if you have not already done so.
