Hello guys

I'm using CUCM version 6.1.2.1000-13 and have two Subscribe Services (Login/logout & Login/logout(Backup)) with all IP Phone everything is OK except two of them (I deleted them in past and want to add them again)

when I press on Services button I found nothing. I configured extension mobility and add subscribe service to these IP Phones

Any suggestions?

Regards

If you delete a phone and re-add it you must also resubscribe any phone services. If you have already done that I suggest looking at the phone’s console log to see what happens when you press the Services button.

PS- That version of CUCM is dangerously out of date and has known security vulnerabilities. Please consider upgrading.
