Not able to create Number of Controlled Profiles - BAT.XLT UCCM 9.1.1

Hello, has anybody encounter an issue when trying to increase the number of Controlled Profiles on the BAT.XLT file from Release 9.1.1 ?

I get the following error whenever I try to create a BAT file for Updating users whenever I want to add Users Groups or Controlled devices

Although the version is not exact, it's almost certainly this bug;

CSCue81148 - bat_9.1.1.11005-1.xlt error in Update Users when adding Controlled item

Description

Symptom:
User sees  "Application-defined or object-defined error" when attempting to enter a  value for the Number of Controlled Profiles, Number of Controlled  Devices, Number of Access Control Groups or Number of CTI Controlled  Profiles in the Update Users tab of the bat_9.1.1.11005-1.xlt Bulk  Administration Tool spreadsheet. The columns are not added to the  spreadsheet.
Conditions:
User wants to set the Number of  Controlled Profiles, Number of Controlled Devices, Number of Access  Control Groups or Number of CTI Controlled Profiles fields to a value  greater than zero, so they may enter data for those columns in the  bat_9.1.1.11005-1.xlt spreadsheet.
Workaround:
None
