Not able to login to CUPC

Hi

I am not able to login

to cupc ver 7.1 after disabling and enabling the capability assignment

ot user, before  doing the assifnment it was working ..

CUPS version :

In the tomcat Soap loggs getting the below error:

INFO [http-8443-4] soap.LoginHandler - reasoncode=FAILURE

can any one let me know why this error  is ther.

Hi -

If everything else for the user did not change except for licensing capability, I am wondering if you could be dealing with an expired certificate on the client side?  Have you tried rebooting the user's workstation?  Or deinstalling/reinstalling CUPC?
