Hi All,

We are testing the RCC features of OCS with the integration of OCS,CUPS,CCM.

From the MOC user's are able to dial the extnsions from the contact list.

the problem we are facing here is even the calls are answered  which is initiated via MOC .but in the MOC status showing like :calling only".

When i checking the CUPS real time trace, there is no info message in send to OCS to from the CUPS.we couldn't some more info from the cti trace also.

Thanks,

If CUPS didn't send INFO, it would be a CUPS issue.

What version of CUPS are you running?  Have you opened a TAC case yet?

Thanks!

Hi ,

We are using the  CUPS 7.0.0 Beta version for the POC.Unfortunately i can't upgrade to any other version from 7.0.0 still all upgrade paths are support from CUPS 7.1.

Kindly suggest what kind of troubleshooting we have to from the CUPS end.

More then that  how to ensure from the CUCM , it provide the call status update to the CUPS ?

That doesn't sound right.

1) CUPS does not have any 7.1 version.  It has 7.0.x and 8.0.x.

2) You may upgrade your 7.0.x version to the latest 7.0.8 release.

If you want to look at traces, please set the trace leve to debug for SIP Proxy and enable all options.  Then in the logs, you want to look at the lines with word "ctigw".

Hi,

Thanks for the support.

it's the type error.  that is 7.0.1

I read through release notes , it's mentioned that upgrade path will support from the 7.0.1.

Hi,

We enabled the detail trace in the CUPS.

From the log i got the follwoing information.

<:STANDALONECLUSTER><:CUPS><:ALL><:FFFF>

I will attached the entire traces from the CUPS.

Here the scenario like From MOC RCC intiate the call.

Even the call is answerd the status of moc is showing as calling. After some time it says "unavailable".

Thnaks.

If you look at the CSTA messages in the log:

Here's the INFO message:

06/30/2010 11:31:46.807 ESP|PID(14104) sip_protocol.c(5727) Received 1057 bytes TCP packet from 10.45.118.244:49655
INFO sip:1002@10.45.118.246:5060;transport=TCP SIP/2.0

Would you know who is 10.45.118.244?  And who is 10.45.118.246.
