Old voicemail appear after deleting most recent voicemail

CUCM 11.5 CUC 11.5  So this isn't the first time the user has complained of this. I never figured out a reason for it. Every day at Lunch and Close, she clears all the voicemail message that have come in. Today after lunch she cleared the messages and then she gets a message notification again. When she checks Unity, now the messages are 2 days old and she never heard these messages. Any possibilities on how this can be ?  Normal operation seems fine, what might be happening out of the ordinary to make sense of of this ?

Thanks!

A database replication problem or split brain scenario could account for that. Especially if the messages got left on a different node than what she used to check them (e.g. calls routed to subscriber but user used Jabber VVM - which is likely pointed at the pub as the primary - to check messages). Check the application/system event logs to see if there is any role changes, SBR, events or other alarms in recent history. Also:
