Outbound PSTN calls drops just after picking the call

Hello,

We have a newly build CUCM cluster. For PSTN calls we have to route the calls via Audiocode Mediant 1000 due to non available SIP trunk for time being.

We are facing the outbound calls issue which are getting dropped immediately after picking.

We have created SIP trunk for Audiocodes from CUCM which is showing UP.

The calls are disconnected as media resources not found.

Please find attached the call traces from CUCM.

In case of any further logs required, do let us know.

Any suggestions in this regards at the earliest is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Regards

Akshay

I just quickly looked over this but it looks like maybe codecs aren’t being negotiated. i’m pretty sure i saw the audiocodes box switching codecs lists a few times. And i didn’t notice any response from the call manager with 200OK.

Could you post a SIP trace on its own or packet capture, its difficult with such a busy log file. looks like the files been cropped because of the size as well.

If you can give us a bit more information on the call flow, calling number called number etc that would be useful.
