Outgoing Call is getting Disconnected after one ring in CME for one number

call Flow: IP Phone (SCCP)---Diling out using---T1--> PSTN 

 after one ring call getting Disconnected

Hi  Java,

calling party number :8976

called party number:17817925555

adding the file debug ccapi inout, not able to run the command debug isdn q931 its not taking

the issue is resolved, there is no issue from the router end, 

call flow IP Phone(SCCP)--->CME--->T1--->Avaya PBX---> call FWD---another DID Number

Call is getting Failed to due to Delay in response after cutting down the Avaya PBX and dialing Direct DID is working Fine now,

Initially i was not aware of the complete call flow.
