Hello- we are converting from a Nortel to Cisco phone system. Using a Valcom overhead paging unit that is working on Nortel when moving to the Cisco fxo port doesn’t work. If we remove the valcom 9964 feedback eliminator and go straight into the valcom 2006 it will work but it is a live page. Have talked with valcom and the setting are correct. Please advise.
I’m having the same exact issue. In Plant A I have a valcom 9964 and 2006a plugged into a 2951 fxo port works fine. In Plant B I have the same setup plugged into a ISR 4331 fxo and I’m having the same exact issue you are having. I have a tax case open. If you have a fix please share and I will do the same.
