Parser error and I/O warning

I get a parser error when I log into 11. 5 call manager CLI/OS subscriber. Do not get these errors on the publisher or other subscribers.

 

/usr/local/platform/conf/platformConfig.xml:78: parser error : xmlParseCharRef: invalid xmlChar value 23

When I login the second time I receive this error/warning.

I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/usr/local/platform/conf/platformConfig.xml"
