PCM Assurance Licensing

Hi,

Could you please confirm if there are any licensing differences when choosing between Enterprise or MSP mode (I'm aware of the feature differences)?  Is the lisencing only based on how many devices/endpoints are added?

Hi Darren,

Can I assume you are referring to Prime Collaboration 9.5 multi-customer mode for video end points? If so, then, there is no licensing difference. It is an installation decision.
