PCP Stuck User Provision INPROGRESS Status

Hi All,

I am in the middle of PoC of Cisco Prime Collab Provisioning (PCP).

I am new in the PCP deployment.

Here is list of my server:

PCP 12.4

CUCM 11.5

CUC 11.5

IMP 11.5

I already add device infra (CUCM,CUC,IMP), domain, service area, service template etc, then i add local user on PCP and want to provision that user to CUCM,CUC and IMP. After submit provision order, i found that the status progress stuck in "RELEASED - Being Provisioned" state and in the detail panel i saw that the User Service status "INPROGRESS" and never complete. I tried provision another user and found same problem. Is there anything i missed here?

Is there anyone who can help me or have the same problem?

Are you using automatic service provisioning?  It looks like it is getting stuck on User Services -- if the end user isn't properly provisioned, nothing else gets done.

Can you verify if the user is being created in CUCM?  Probably not if it says "IN PROGRESS", but just want to verify.

Does the same thing happen if you manually build a user in PCP and add just user services?

Can you turn on detailed logs in PCP and attach a log file captured immediately after attempting to provision a user?

I am having same issue? I upgraded to 12.6 su1 and still same issue
