permissions wizard

does anyone know if any good reads or information that define what the Unity permission wizard actually creates. Our server admin team does not like the idea of Unity having admin access. Thanks

This is what the permissions wizard up to version 4.1 sets:

In 4.2 we totally re-did permissions to make them extreme granular. Those permissions are online yet. Once they are I'll post a link.
