Persistent Chat configuration on CUPS 8

Hi All,

I have a CUPS 8 server running fine with all features except persistent chat. I refered the Cisco document and configured the external database called postgres on local machine and succesfully integrated it with Presence server.

However the following services

Cisco UP XCP Text Conference Manager

Cisco UP XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager

Cisco UP XCP Message Archiver

Cisco UP XCP Directory Service

are not coming up. I tried to restart this several times but no luck. Can anyone please assist me on this.

I am attaching the screenshots of the entire configuration along with this.

thanks Mike. I was able to configure the DB correctly and when i rebooted the server the feature got activated
