My doctors are using a transcription phone (analog port on call manager) to call the transcription system which is also connected via analog ports on the call manager. They are getting disconnected after 12 hours. Is there a setting to extend this?
I know, no one should make 12 hour phone call but ...

Thanks, this at least lets me know there is a maximum. I still think the doc's need to take a break.

Adjust the Maximum Call Duration Timer parameter, make sure to read the parameter description.
