Phone not registering with th CUCM

I am using cisco CP-7841 series poe phones. All phones in the network gets registered with the Call manager except for few which fail auto registration. It even takes the ip address automatically and the tftp address is configured manually. The phone does not get registered with the CUCM. Kindly help me solve the problem.

some questions;

-Default firmware version on cluster?

-The ones which fail to get registered, do they have same firmware or different? if different what is it then?

-Why TFTP configured manually? Do you have option 150 configuration in DHCP?

-All nodes in your cluster have desired firmware image installed and TFTP service restarted?
