Hi all,
CUCM version is 9.1.2
The web gui to phone sets are not reachable on our Cluster 2 .
When I try to access to web interface of any type of phone( 8941 or 6941 etc) , browsers (Chrome or internet explorer) says waiting for reply but no luck.
I checked the web access on phone management and it's enabled
Any comments are appreciated.

PS: I did a telnet to phone IP adress with port 80 and it's successful.

Can you try restarting the TFTP service and reset these phones and see if this helps.
Try swapping a working and a non-working phone as well.
Please post the results of the same.

I restarted the TFTP service ( all of the TFTP servers in cluster) And resetted the 2 of the phone set.
Still same.
Btw all phone sets are facing the same issue. None of them's web interface is working. So there is no swapping operation..

Can you delete the ITL/CTL on one of the phones and test, if it still does not work then you need packet captures when trying to access web page.
