Hi,
We are upgrading our call manager from 7.1.5 to latest version (11). I want to know about all aspects (like Software & Hardware) which i should keep into the mind. Thank you

Hi,
Yuo need to have valid UCSS contract for doing migrations. If u have such contract , u can place the order through Product Upgrdade Tool[PUT] to get desired S/W .
You can opt for BE 6 K or BE7K, packaged sloutions depending on number of users.

what about the hardware (server) currently we have mcs series server. Do we need to upgrade servers? what about ip phone firmware. Do we need to upgrade manually or how?
what other impact could be? like 7.1.5 to jump somewhere or direct to 11.0

You cannot use MCS servers since CUCM 10 onwards , u need to have Virtualization and opt for UCS platforms.
You can use Prime collaboration tool PCD for doing migration.
IP phone firmwares would get upgraded once they get registered to new CUCM version.
