Hello friends.

Are facing this problem.

System version: 12.5.1.13900-152.

Subscriber failed and we got the following error.

Process I saw with ID shows the Tomcat process.

“The resource lock platform.api.upgrade.config is currently locked by process 32478@ucm02.xalqbank.az (http-bio-81-exec-40-390). Please try again later “

We want to add a COP file but when we upload we get this.

Have you tried to cancel any previous ongoing updates? Both with the cluster wide option and on each individual node in the cluster. If this doesn’t do it a restart of the node should likely clear this. If it doesn’t you’ll need help from TAC to look at this with root access.
