Hello ,
I configured auto attendant greeting but i would like to remove this message when i transfer call from the opening greeting to paticular extinsion " Please Wait while i transfer your Call"
So , i would like to record my own message instead. Any advise

This is Enrique Villasana, right know I have a similar issue.....I have a Unity ver 10.5 platform and my customer requires to change the "wait while I transfer your call" for a recording in Spanish....
The weblink you provided here is not available right now.
Do you know where I can get information to solve this issue?

Thanks for asking Jaime, No we didn't, but my client requires to use a customer recording, so I would like to know if we can do that, replace Cisco default recording " Please Wait while i transfer your Call"...with a customer recording

No, this was only possible in the old Unity where you had access to the wav files, in CUC, you only get the default messages from the locales.

As I understand I must install the spanish locale..
Is this available for Unity ver 10.5?? or it has changed to other name?

We already did it!
We installed "uc-locale-es_CO-10.5.2.1-1.cop.sgn" on both Unity servers following procedure here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/10x/install_upgrade/guide/10xcuciumgx/10xcuciumg050.html#pgfId-745912
But after we installed on both servers, we don't have access to the spanish language " Only default english".
Did we miss another procedure??
