PLYR2003 error downloading file CQM 8.5.2.18

Hi,

i'm trying to run cqm 8.5.2.18 on a windows7 x32 ,/ Ie11 / jre 1.6u16

When i try to listen to the recordings i get PLYR2003 error , there was a problem downloading the file, try again or contact your monitoring and recording administrator.

i read this thread about java version , but even with "correct" version it does not work.

(i even tested with a portable java & firefox 3.6 to run the site with same error)

Is there a compatibility issue with W7 / Ie11 ? look like it runs with XP/ie8

Hi Javier ,

My problem was due to the sound settings. i was testing the configuration over remote desktop and i forgot to enable sound output. (local ressource tab -> remote audio playback)

It looks like the software doesn't like when no sound or sound card is present.

Thanks for you answer, unfortunately this is not my case, we are receiving the error on a laptop directly. I will keet searching.
