PocketPC with Unity UM

Got Unity Unified Messaging with Exchange 2003. Users who use PocketPC2003 to check their email are also downloading their voice messages. The voice messages are not being played even though the messages seemly download ok. Is this supported.

Just to add, this is Unity 4.0.3 SR1.

open Set Record Format to see the format. I am not sure if PocketPC 2003 supports G.711. If not you are going to need GCM 6.10.

One thing to check... Your PocketPC will need to have an installed codec that matches the record format used by your Unity system. Here are a couple docs to get on audio codecs with respect to Unity...
