I have various users at various time when logging into Presence that are getting an error box popping up immediately after logging in. The error states "Desk Phone Device Unavailable". If they "x" out of this it will select the deskphone and work properly. Otherwise they have been selecting the softphone on this error window, getting logged in, and then switching to the deskphone.

Desk Phone Unavailable

Available Phones: (This is blank)
Select New DeskPhone: (This button in greyed out)
Use Softphone Button
Disable Phone Button
