I changed the IP to DHCP and rebooted now I am unable to log into Presence Admin or Servicablity pages. DATABASE COMMUNICATIONS ERROR. Any suggestions I am hoping I don't have to re-install Presence. I can Log In on the CLI side using the Administrator Login and Password.

Wanted it to pickup a reserved IP address other than the IP the BOX intitally was assigned. DNS should not have been enabled that was a mistake. Cahnged it from the Administration GUI - Server IP if I remember correctly. Not at the location currently so I am working from memory.

Like it or not, changing IP address/hostname is the last thing you want to try on Cisco Unified products (CUCM, CER, CUPS, etc.).
It's so easy to break and so difficult to fix.
