Presence server showing all services unknown under presence topology

Hi All,

i am having two CUP servers 1 PUB + 1 SUB
version-10.5.2  

under serviceability---all services are running fine but
under presence topology.---
DefaultCUPSsubcluster
services are showing unknown for both servers.

please see attached snapshots

any suggestion.

Its relevent to certificate issue.

opened TAC and suggested the same ...
