Hi All
We are having an issue at the moment registering a PRI port to Call Manager.
2 ports, e1 1/0 is up and registered and has an IP address.
However, e1 1/1 is not registered but has receieved and IP address.
We have troubleshooted it and the only thing we can see is that there is an LED on the e1 1/1 PRI.
The LP light is yellow whereas the same light on the e1 1/0 PRI is not on.
Can anyone explain what these LEDS are and if it may effect the Call Manager registering the second PRI?
Thanks in advance

Do you have any 'loopback' commands on your config?
E1 1/1 is up. (Diagnostic Loopback)

Yes:
interface Loopback1
description VOICE_MGCP
ip address 10.197.16.4 255.255.255.255
And:
mgcp bind control source-interface Loopback1
mgcp bind media source-interface Loopback1
sccp ccm group 1
bind interface Loopback1
associate ccm 1 priority 1
associate ccm 2 priority 2
