Prime Assurance Blank Monitor / System View

Hello,

Suddenly, the home screen of my Prime assurance goes blank and I'm not able to see anything like:

  • OpsView
  • Service Experience
  • Alarm

etc.

Any help please?

2. try clearing your browser cache

3. clear PCA cache https://IPADDRESS/emsam/service/advrep/mondrian/clearCache

Thank you for your help. but still I have the same issue. 

The system monitor was working fine and I'm using Chrome Version 51.0.2704.84 m

I tried to clear cache for browser and PCA as well, but the same.

Sorry, but do you see Chrome 51 in this list? ;-)

  • Mozilla Firefox 31 ESR, and 38 ESR
  • Windows Internet Explorer 10 and 11
  • Google Chrome 39 and 40

If it doesnt work with one of these (not later) browsers, you should open a TAC Case.
