Prime Assurance - Cannot Manage standalone SX20 Endpoint

I'm trying to manage a standalone SX20 Codec via the Prime Assurance Server. Ive configured SNMP Profile for the endpoint and can successfully connect to this service from the Assurance server. I've also configure a user and assigned the Admin and Audit privileges to this user. I can successfully log into the SX20 via a web interface, however, the Assurance Server keeps returning "Invalid HTTP(s) credentials" so the SX20 device remains in an inaccessible state.

1. Can standalone SX20 endpoints be monitored/managed by Prime Assurance or does the endpoint need to be registered to CUCM of the like.

2. If it can be managed as a standalone device, please advise of possible causes/reasons as to why HTTP(s) will be not connect from Prime Assurance.

Hi there,

I cant think of a reason why PCA would require an SXxx be registered to CUCM first. I have multiple units , along with MX and DX, registered to our PCAA deployment.

That being said..what version of PCA are you?
