Prime Collab Assurance 11.5 and auto-discovery with TMS 14.6.2

We are installing Prime Collab Assurance and Analytics 11.5 (Enterprise) and are wondering how it is supposed to auto-discover the endpoints that are working with TMS 14.6.2.

TMS is discovered and managed by Prime Collab Assurance.

Not sure where and what credentials to add for Prime to gather the endpoint info from TMS.  We use static IP addressing with our endpoints, and the credentials are completely different than what is used for TMS.

Cisco has repeatedly indicated, both in presentations and in their literature, that the endpoints will be automatically added to the inventory through the TMS discovery.

Nothing thus far.

Anybody else able to make this work?  And if so, does it import the folder structure for the endpoints, or do the endpoints just show up (and under which domain if/when they do?)

Thanks very much for the assistance.

Hi Michael,

not 100% sure but i think you need to create a separate credential profile for your endpoints, i dont believe Assurance will get these from TMS.

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Setting_up_Devices_for_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance

do you see any discovered endpoints inaccessible or just nothing?

For the second question, PCA has its own folder structure but its customisable.
