Prime Collaboration Provisionning - Failed to create IM instances for Line and DN

Hi everyone,

I didn't find anything about this error in Prime.
Every time I want to provision a new user I have this error.
This happened after Advanced trial licensed expired.
From what I understood, Prime is free so long as you stay in Standard mode, but I don't think std mode has any kind of limitations that could prevent me to provision users right?

I tried to provision user in IM before provisionning Line and DN but that was not better, all kind of possible sync in the right order (cucm infra sync, cups infra sync, user sync, domain sync, ldap sync).

Anyone having an idea?

Did you figure out what was the problem ?

Hey, sorry no.
I did find that the error message is different though if you reload trial by enabling smart license but it does not work anyway :(
