Is there a way to clear out the DB and "start over".
It seems like the DB functions of PCP is clunky. when I delete a large number of records, it does not actually delete.
This has happened several times on multiple instances.
I would like the ability from CLI, or something, to clear out the DB and start over without having to re-deploy the ova....

AFAIK there is no way to do that, you'd need to re-install.
You can reach out to your SE/AM to submit a PER so this is considered for a future release.
